About This Wine

This wine is made from a blend of around 70% Garnacha Blanca , 20% Picapoll and 10% Pansal. The wine was fermented in oak barrels for 15 days, remaining on the skins. It was then aged in new French Allier oak barrels for 6 months, each grape variety is aged separately before being carefully blended and bottled.
