About This Wine

Produced from the unique climate and warm, rocky soils of four vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley.

Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aromatic yeast selection and ageing ‘sur lies’ have produced a fruit driven wine. The winemakers attention to the tiniest details is the key to the quality of this Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are carefully tended in the vineyard, harvested at maximum flavour intensity, and vinified using a blend of modern technology and traditional methods.
