Purple colour. Fresh black fruit nose (blackcurrant and blackberry), with spicy and liquorice hints. The mouth is powerful but supple, with silky tannins but consistent and balanced on the palate.

About This Wine

The vineyard is located in the heart of Gascony. Only the local grapes varieties of Tannat and Pinenc, along with the ubiquitous Cabernet Sauvignon are used. Harvest selection and final control of the grapes takes place at the cellar, where the grapes are destemmed and then crushed. Maceration is stopped when the colour is obtained.
