About This Sherry

Manzanilla is a fino sherry that is made around the port of Sanlucar de Barrameda. Manzanilla is a dry sherry that is best served well chilled, consumed within a year of bottling and finished within few days, or hours, of opening to fully enjoy the flavour.

This wine is aged under a layer of "flor" using the traditional solera and criaderas system.
