About This Sparkling Wine

Andrew and Jane Mitchell have made this sparkling Shiraz from grapes grown in their Peppertree vineyard which has perfect soil conditions for growing Shiraz. The vineyard takes its name from the trees which surround the vineyard.

A unique sparkling wine that was bottle fermented and aged on the less for 12 months before it was disgorged.
