About This Sherry

This sherry has been made from 100 % Palomino Fino in vineyards owned by Gonzalez Byass in the Jerez Superior area. It has been aged using Criaderas y solera method.

All the grapes are from vineyards owned by González Byass in the Jerez Superior area and after approximately 3 years of ageing it is ready to drink.
The Sherry has a pale gold appearance and an elegant, light, dry, aroma with distinctive flor. Fragant, light and dry taste this is a sherry to enjoy.
