About This Wine

The grapes for Les Champs de Moulin are sourced from several different growers in Bergerac, and then blended to produce this excellent wine, which is typical of the local style.

The grapes undergoe a traditional vinification, with a short maceration of the skins. This extracts the required amount of fruit flavours, colour and tannin. They are then left in the fermenting vats for a short period prior to bottling.
