About This Wine

This Cabernet Merlot is sourced from Pask's most silty and free drained vineyards. After the harvest the fruit is immediately destemmed, and pressed prior to fermentation.

The juice is warm fermented with regular pumping over the skins to manage colour and flavour extraction, facilitateing early tannin integration. Oak maturation in French and American barriques for 14 months contributes sweetness, roundness and subtle oak characters.
