Alan Trease, Managing Director

Born in 1937, Alan is the 4th generation of the family to be involved with Weavers. He joined Weavers in 1959, leaving his trade as a quantity surveyor, when his father Bill Trease opened the wholesale business.

For over 40 years Alan has grown the business. He is passionate about champagne and sparkling wines. During his time at Weavers he has seen the growth of New World wines.

Alan is an active sportsman playing golf and tennis on a weekly basis.
