History

The Ca'Solare wines are made at Araldica, which is large co-operative in Piedmont created in 1954 and based in the Monferrato region. Over 300 growers, owning some 1000 hectares of vineyards in the Monferrato hills and the Alba and Roero regions, contribute grapes to the wines with an emphasis is on quality for a good price.

The winery has recently been up-dated, completely re-fitted with stainless steel tanks and new barrels. Claudio Manera is the manager who is keen to maintain high standards, a fact shown by his interest in vinifying even the very smallest lots separately while producing on a large scale.
